Our client are a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries.

They continue to dominate the market, and as a result, are seeking a motivated individual to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:


  • Leading the sales strategy on your territory selling products that make a difference to patients' lives
  • Executing surgical solutions value proposition targeting operating theatres
  • Driving utilization of the company product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.
  • Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (surgeons, procurement category leads, anaesthetist, theatre managers, clinical procurement and any other stakeholders who impact your portfolio across your territory).
  • Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage
  • Supporting customers with wound care knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.
  • Working with key accounts such as Guys and St Thomas's and Great Ormond Street.

About You:


  • Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential
  • Clinical/sales experience of Operating Theatre solutions/products
  • Posthigh school degree or equivalent required
  • Ability to manage key customers and drive contract reviews across your territory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen with a desire to develop skillset in health economics and valuebased procurement.
  • Develop account plans and manage your pipeline demonstrating a clear business directive for your territory
