Are you passionate about safety and delivering a great customer experience? As a Security Officer with ISS you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

We're looking for a dedicated Front of House Security Officer who is proactive with excellent security and customer service skills.

The Role

Working at the front of house preventing any unauthorised
Always ensuring the safety of the site and everyone on it by keeping vigilant and identifying any suspicious activities
Keep up to date with all the activity on site and have full knowledge of daily events, anticipate and react to client needs
Create a positive, professional relationship with customers and colleagues
Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure any breaches are reported
Working as part of a team and on your own depending on site requirements

About You

Previous security experience
A valid frontline security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA license
Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech
Attentive able to act as quickly as the situation demands
Able to keep great attention to detail with a consistent approach during timeframes
A team player with excellent customer service skills

Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or incidents
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
Provide assistance to people in need
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrencesQualifications:
Proven experience as a security officer or relevant position
Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
Familiarity with report writing
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Ability to operate CCTV systems
