We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members;
Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW);
Delivery of Key performance Indicators in line with business and contractual needs;
MHE Budget Accountability, effective management of area fleet/maintain regular "TPM" schedule with external unit/Effective route cause and counter measure analysis of any potential damage;
Support and supervise direct reports;
Deliver team member performance reviews, development and succession planning as appropriate;
Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced

Now, here's what we need from you:

Possess a minimum 12 months warehouse operations experience;
Experience in team management
IT literate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent communicator verbal and written;
Excellent organisational skills
Educated to high school level or equivalent.
