We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members;
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW);
- Delivery of Key performance Indicators in line with business and contractual needs;
- MHE Budget Accountability, effective management of area fleet/maintain regular "TPM" schedule with external unit/Effective route cause and counter measure analysis of any potential damage;
- Support and supervise direct reports;
- Deliver team member performance reviews, development and succession planning as appropriate;
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced

Now, here's what we need from you:
- Possess a minimum 12 months warehouse operations experience;
- Experience in team management
- IT literate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communicator verbal and written;
- Excellent organisational skills
- Educated to high school level or equivalent.
