Job Purpose Statement

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:

To coordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs (Requests for Information) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for institutional and wholesale prospects and existing clients according to internal brand/style guidelinesand compliance regulations.
To ensure completion of multiple proposals within tight timeframes.
To ensure the RFP database is kept uptodate and accurate, and quality continually improved
To support the RFP team with adhoc requests and projects

Key Capabilities

:

Articulate and confident with excellent communication skills across all levels including management
Excellent attention to detail
Strong project management skills comfortable acting as the pointperson on large tenders working alongside multiple stakeholders from across the business
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Excellent analytical skills and comfortable manipulating data
Ability to handle a heavy, deadlineorientated, varied workload
Committed team player with a positive demeanor and an exceptional work ethic
Extensive experience responding to complex RFPs within an institutional investment management business environment
A sound proven understanding of a range of asset classes (ideally with experience in LDI, Fiduciary and Responsible Investment)
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint skills
Prior knowledge of Qvidian advantage but not crucial
