Job Purpose Statement
Role Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time
:
- To coordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs (Requests for Information) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for institutional and wholesale prospects and existing clients according to internal brand/style guidelinesand compliance regulations.
- To ensure completion of multiple proposals within tight timeframes.
- To ensure the RFP database is kept uptodate and accurate, and quality continually improved
- To support the RFP team with adhoc requests and projects
Key Capabilities
To be successful in this role you will have
:
- Articulate and confident with excellent communication skills across all levels including management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong project management skills comfortable acting as the pointperson on large tenders working alongside multiple stakeholders from across the business
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable manipulating data
- Ability to handle a heavy, deadlineorientated, varied workload
- Committed team player with a positive demeanor and an exceptional work ethic
- Extensive experience responding to complex RFPs within an institutional investment management business environment
- A sound proven understanding of a range of asset classes (ideally with experience in LDI, Fiduciary and Responsible Investment)
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint skills
- Prior knowledge of Qvidian advantage but not crucial
