We are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join the fantastic team at our busy Orthodontic clinics.

We are looking for a skilled communicator with a warm personality, and a high level of professionalism. You must be able to deal with patients confidently, with sensitivity.

• Experience in understanding Orthodontic treatments
• Converting enquiries into booked consultations, and then into treatments.
• Must be able to answer questions relating to the procedures, suitability, and costs, making it easy for patients to make an informed decision.
• Maintaining the highest standard of service to patients in accordance with company policies,
• Working closely with the clinical team to ensure the patient journey runs smoothly.
