The Role:

Based within a specialist team you will be responsible for generating and managing a successful client portfolio within your given market sector.

You will be responsible for maintaining a solid revenue stream and building this further through telephone based and face-to-face client management.

Responsibilities:

Client business relationship generation and management
Telephone based sales and customer service
Client site meetings and presentations
Telephone and face to face interviewing
Commitment to high level customer services and practices
Achieving weekly and monthly activity and financial targets

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential Skills:
1-3 years relevant recruitment sector experience
Proven background in delivering to targets
Drive, ambition and the will to succeed
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hard working
Office IT skills - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Haves:
Understanding (either through education or work experience) of Construction and / or Engineering Industries
Experience of a target driven working environment

Educational Requirements:
Graduate calibre

Promotion Opportunities:
A successful consultant has the opportunity to progress in to either team leadership or business development manager (BDM) roles. Promotional criteria into both of these roles require billing targets to be achieved over a 12-month period.
