The Underwriter Support Advisors Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls from Intermediaries and customers, offering expert support on policy and process requirements.
  • Collaborate within the property department to meet targets and objectives, supporting wider business teams as needed.
  • Prioritise efficiency and accuracy to reduce turnaround times and improve customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our overall service delivery.
  • Mitigate risks by staying vigilant to potential process and external threats.
  • Identify opportunities for role improvement to elevate customer service standards and contribute to company development.

The Underwriter Support Advisor should have:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proven team player in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in problemsolving and decisionmaking
  • Experience in regulated banking or financial services preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to inhouse systems.
