Up to circa £60,000 + bonus

We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation as they continue their transformation journey to allow them to deliver high-performing, customer-centric propositions that get to market quickly.

The team would love to hear from passionate, collaborative Product Owners who would like to join an environment where they can make a significant impact on the organisation's product and build and develop their own careers through job sharing, job shadowing and structured career progression pathways.


This role would suit an experienced product owner that is a clear and confident communicator and enjoys working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the complete product lifecycle.

You'll be a champion of Agile delivery, taking charge of the cycle, release, and sprint planning activities of your team.

Experience working on FS products isn't required, but the team would ideally love for you to have worked closely with technical teams (including developers, designers, testers) and have a strong commercial awareness.


Skills you will bring to the table:

  • The ability to manage the design and development of software products, and integrations
  • A strong understanding of Agile delivery principles
  • Experience leading product cycle, release, and sprint planning activities
  • Championing of best practices in software development, and continuous improvement
  • Confident communication skills with senior stakeholders technical & nontechnical
  • Strong commercial awareness
