Marketing Operations Executive
Salary:
up to £26,000 basic salary (+ bonuses OTE uncapped)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Manager and Director to build quarterly marketing plan
- Own, maintain, and improve our marketing tech stack.
- Support vendor relationships and contracts related to marketing technology and operations.
- Coordinate materials required to support sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and other projects across the organization.
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track performance.
- Ensure that all marketing data is reliable and accurate.
- Manage the endtoend marketing operations function, optimizing through the organization of process, people, and technology.
- A keen eye for analysis of numbers, for improving all forms of content and result tracking, split testing, etc.
- Support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts for Seamless and client campaigns.
- Serve as the marketing project lead for integrated campaigns from inception through execution and measurement.
- Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices.
- A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fastpaced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- The role is expected to be initially 60% (3 days) marketing 40% (2 days) sales.
- 0% as little of the role will be cold calling and be based on warm engagement.
