Responsibilities:

Listing Creation: Create compelling and effective product listings across various ecommerce platforms, including eBay, Amazon, and our retail website.

Content Optimisation: Optimize product listings for maximum visibility, ensuring accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords to enhance search rankings.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform listing strategies and pricing decisions.

Commercial Understanding: Demonstrate a strong commercial understanding of our products and target market, ensuring listings are strategically positioned to drive sales and increase profitability.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and product availability across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely updates to prevent overselling or stockouts.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of product listings, analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaboration: Work closely with the ecommerce team and other departments to align listing strategies with overall business objectives, contributing to the success and growth of the ecommerce department.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in ecommerce product listing creation and optimisation, preferably within a retail or ecommerce environment.

Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated commercial understanding and entrepreneurial flair, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive business success.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise listing performance.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product listings, descriptions, and pricing information.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Passion for Ecommerce: A genuine passion for ecommerce and online retail, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Must have vast experience with microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Salary:
£10.56-£11.53 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
