• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preffered
• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of the Adult Social Care Sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
