Taylor Root is partnered with a leading national firm in Birmingham that is keen to recruit a solicitor with health and social care solicitors to join their Healthcare team.

The role will primarily focus on defending organisations in relation to Care Quality Commission enforcement and prosecutions.

You will also be given responsibility of managing a caseload of CQC and inquest files for the firm's various healthcare Trusts and organisations.

The team are keen to hear from qualified solicitors that have experience in relation to CQC, regulation and enforcement, safeguarding investigations, inquests and prosecutions.
