Job Purpose

Lead an established firm of accountants with efficient processes and systems in place, taking the wheel and driving further business growth.
Deliver a commercially focused strategy, championing service excellence.
Nurturing talent and motivating those around you, scoping professional development opportunities.
Mentor junior staff through training and knowledge sharing.
Overseeing deliverables and ensuring accuracy, monitoring budgets and deadlines.
Ensuring compliance of statutory obligations, working with the Risk and Compliance team.
Identify opportunities to introduce and crosssell company services to new and existing clients.
Representing the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
Nurture trusted and longlasting relationships with clients.
Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

Job Requirements

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with extensive practice experience.
Supervisory experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
Demonstrable knowhow of strategic planning and analysis.
A positive, cando attitude when working under pressure.
Committed to delivering the highest quality service.
A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
