As a Payment Solutions Advisor, You will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts which will be worked effectively.

You will be offered a full bespoke training in a friendly and motivating atmosphere that will help you understand the role, meet and observeall the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for new career challenge where full 12 weeks training is provided with a dedicated development team.

Here you will be trained how to speak with control and direction, and with an empathetic approach towards customers.
A competitive starting rate of £20,000 pa with OTE £30k and uncapped commission on top.


Responsibilities:


  • Contact customers with outstanding arrears and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
*Manage own portfolio of customer accounts.

  • Strict adherence to compliance and core standards of our clients and regulators.
  • Work towards and exceed weekly targets to gain commission.
  • Operate independently in a team environment.
  • Attend educational programs and training sessions for professional growth and personal development, including updates to industry regulations and company policies.

Person Specification:
*Telephone experience preferred but not essential.
*Accurate data entry skills.
*Basic level of IT skills required.
*A positive outlook when dealing with a difficult situation.
*Pay and Rewards
The role is permanent from day one. After full training you would continue to work in the office with your team in Truro.

The hours of work are:

  • Monday
  • Thursday, 9:00 5:30
  • Fridays, 8:305:30
  • One in three Saturdays only 4 hours 9:00 1:00
  • One hour unpaid lunch break during the day
