Established over 50 years ago, our client is a growing 7-partner high street law firm.

Based in central Abingdon, the firm is well-known throughout the region for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients.

The CQS Accredited ResidentialProperty department within the firm is thriving, with quality work being generated by the firm and its existing clients.

As part of the firm's succession planning, it is looking to appoint a Residential Property Legal Assistant/Conveyancing Paralegal to join its current buoyant team of 3 fee earners.

You will be working alongside an experienced team comprised of one other FTConveyancing Solicitor/Manager, an ILEX Support person, two FT support staff, a float secretary, and the Exchanges & Completions team.

With this team you will assist fee earners on a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Equity release schemes
  • Transfers of equity
  • Matrimonial conveyancing
  • Lease work
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience paying up to £23,000 - £28,000.
