I'm partnering a fast growing, venture capital backed (raised over £6m in funding) food brand based in North West London hiring for a Commercial Finance Business Partner with ample opportunity to build, learn, and grow.

The team is composed of experiencedoperators with backgrounds in building long lasting F&B concepts as well as high scale tech ventures (think Wagamama, Uber Eats, Hello Fresh etc.)


Already award winning for their products and stocked in some of the largest well-being food retailers across the UK, with new and exciting partnerships soon to be announced.

This will be the first hire within finance, and a fantastic opportunity to workclosely with the Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (both VERY impressive).

What you'll do

  • Own the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting supporting the Exec through the strategic planning process to define financial targets and creating building blocks to deliver strategic goals
  • Build a team to support the needs of the business
  • Play a significant role in the transformation of the finance processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the external accountants to deliver accurate, timely monthly, management accounts
  • Deliver timely, high quality and robust financial information & analysis to key Stakeholders
  • Assess and review the current KPIs, and dive into the 'why' in order to ensure they provide actionable value to the business
  • Provide ongoing and adhoc financial modelling and analysis on a wide range of initiatives, providing valuable commercial insight on both risks and opportunities
  • Develop successful, longterm, strategic relationships across the business;
We know this is a fantastic product in a critical stage of their growth. You will play a key role in business decisions through financial planning, analysis and strategy input.


We're looking for a qualified accountant, either ACA, ACCA or CIMA who has experience working in fast paced environment with a high growth/start up business.

Excellent communication, ability to adapt, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm will set you apart.
