Mast Group Ltd. are looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator to join the Customer Services team. Mast Group Ltd. is a leading international manufacturer and supplier of medical diagnostics products for the diagnosis of infectious disease. Our products are used throughout the UK and worldwide.The job holder will an integral part of the customer services team, ensuring administrative support to customers in order to achieve Company Sales and serviceability objectives.

Our products are used throughout the NHS in the UK and worldwide.We require a Customer Services Coordinator to work alongside other experienced member of the team within a busy environment. This role will be based in our office in Daresbury Park WA4.
THE ROLE
- Provide excellent proactive service to customers and achieve key defined performance targets
- Build strong working relationships with customers and distributors
- Working closely with Sales Team, planning/logistics, finance and marketing teams
- Experience of the ordering process and associated administration
- Provide reporting of customer service KPIs
- Keep up to data all databases used within customer services
- To ensure support to all quotation and tender processes in line with appropriate deadlines
- To follow Customer Service SOP's
- This role is 37.5 hours per week and will be based in Daresbury Park
THE PERSON
- Experience of working in a customer services function
- Excellent level of English and Maths (GCSE standard)
- Experience of using ERP systems such as Sage
- Experience of dealing directly with customers and building strong working relationships
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training to improve skills
In addition to the specified duties the employee is expected to perform additional tasks when reasonably called upon to do so.
