Production Planner

£30,000-£35,000

This is what you'll be doing:
  • Utilise experience in account management to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead a team of CNC Machinists, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Estimate production times, considering resource availability, capacity constraints, and delivery schedules.
  • Establish regular communication with customers, providing updates on production status and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall production efficiency.
