Job Title:
Expert Witness Clinical Psychologist for Medico-Legal Reporting

The Expert Witness Psychologist for Medico-Legal Reporting will be responsible for providing psychological assessments and preparing medico-legal reports for whiplash/RTA, Data Breach,


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting psychological assessments for personal injury clients
  • Preparing medicolegal reports in a timely and accurate manner
- secretarial support will be provided

  • Communicating effectively with clients, other professionals and administrative support staff
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
  • Demonstrating an understanding of the RTA and other personal injury claim process, medicolegal report writing and the role of expert witnesses

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registration with a license to practice as a psychologist in the UK
  • Basic knowledge of PTSD and other mental conditions
  • Experience in conducting psychological assessments and preparing medicolegal reports
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and telephone)
  • Organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize

Salary and Hours:
- £80-£100 per hour
