Description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals with an interest in working in a psychologically and trauma informed way to offer rehabilitation focussed interventions to individuals who have spent long periods of time in hospital.

CREST is part of the integrated care systems approach to working differently to improve outcomes for service users, and CREST is the first of these workstreams to become operational.

Travel will be required across the West Yorkshire Area, with bases in Halifax and Leeds.

There will also be some travel to out of area hospitals outside of the West Yorkshire Footprint as part of assessment and engagement.
