We are looking for talented individuals to join our team within the International Private Bank as Operation Client Tax Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity for women who are passionate about finance, data analysis, and creating positive change in the industry.

As an Operation Client Tax Associate, you will play a vital role in reviewing and analyzing client tax documentation. You will ensure data consistency and compliance with tax regulatory requirements.

Your work will involve collaborating with tax projects, serving as a Center of Excellence, and providing guidance, advice, and training to other teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the mandatory renewal of documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Gain a deep understanding of all client tax documentation and systems input.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and training to support the growth and development of other teams.
  • Conduct thorough controls and reconciliations to ensure accurate information management.
  • Monitor and manage tax reporting deadlines effectively.
  • Generate metrics and statistics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Familiarity with Tax documentation such as W8/W9, CRS Forms, as well as KYC/AML documentation (a plus).
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Take a handson approach to problemsolving while maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Thrive in a multitasking environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective management of stakeholders from various areas and locations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Advanced MS Access and Excel knowledge is a plus.
