Are you an experienced administrator? Are you available within a week or less?
Are you an experienced Office Manager? Do you have extensive HR experience? Looking for a new challenge?

Element Recruitment are proud to be working with a charity, who are looking for a Temporary Office and HR Assistant to join them in Jan 2023.

You will be an experienced administrator, with strong organisation, and a keen eye for detail. This is a temporary position for around 2 months, with a chance to be extended.

  • Pay: 13 per hour
  • Location: Central Bristol
  • Hybrid, 3 days in the office
  • 3 months, with a chance to be extended / to go permanent

You will be:


  • Ensuring the upkeep of the office
  • Maintain up to date HR records, including contracts and relevant correspondence.
  • Send induction pack to the relevant line manager for all new staff.
  • Coordinate the arrangements for all types of staff leave, including annual leave, maternity leave, sick leave etc.
  • Organise and manage mobile phones

You will have:


  • Experience providing support to senior management
  • Extensive administration skills
  • The ability to prioritise and work to a schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
