Element Recruitment are proud to be working with a charity, who are looking for a Temporary Office and HR Assistant to join them in Jan 2023.
You will be an experienced administrator, with strong organisation, and a keen eye for detail. This is a temporary position for around 2 months, with a chance to be extended.- Pay: 13 per hour
- Location: Central Bristol
- Hybrid, 3 days in the office
- 3 months, with a chance to be extended / to go permanent
You will be:
- Ensuring the upkeep of the office
- Maintain up to date HR records, including contracts and relevant correspondence.
- Send induction pack to the relevant line manager for all new staff.
- Coordinate the arrangements for all types of staff leave, including annual leave, maternity leave, sick leave etc.
- Organise and manage mobile phones
You will have:
- Experience providing support to senior management
- Extensive administration skills
- The ability to prioritise and work to a schedule
- Excellent communication skills
