The Holiday Property Bond own and run 35+ high quality holiday resorts across the UK and Europe. Here in Norfolk we have 39 self-catering apartments overlooking the golf course at Barnham Broom Hotel.

As a company we pride ourselves on the service we offer our guests (Bondholders) and always do our upmost to ensure that they have the best stay possible.

Of course, one of the most important things is the cleanliness of our properties, which is where you may come in

About the Role

You will be working under the guidance of our housekeeper supervisor and will be part of our small team responsible for cleaning our apartments on their weekly changeover days.

The apartments consist of quite a bit more than a standard hotel room; so, expect to be cleaning kitchens (including their inventory) and balconies, as well as the typical cleaning of bathrooms, making of beds and so on

We are currently looking for someone who can work around 4 days per week. A typical working day is 4 and a half to 5 hours long (+30 mins unpaid lunch). You will be starting at 9:30/9:45 and finishing at 2:30/2:45. Of course, not every day always goes completely to plan, so a little flexibility would be appreciated. The working days will be on a two week rota, week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Week - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour, with double pay on any bank holidays worked. Overtime is also available during busy periods.

About you

A keen eye for detail is important. We like to take pride in making sure every cobweb is removed and every glass is buffed, and we want you to as well
Like all housekeeping jobs, the role is physical, so you will need to be prepared to be on your feet all day getting everything ready for our checkin time.
Experience is desired, but not essential
If you are someone that keeps a spotless home and is a bit of a clean freak, you may well be perfect for the role
Having your own method of transport is essential as sadly we are not easily accessible on public transport.
