Osborne Appointments are recruiting for an exciting Permanent opportunity to work as an Assistant Warehouse Managerin a hands on role in St Albans


Salary £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience

Primary responsibilities:


  • Oversee warehouse departments,and monitoring performance
  • Support with recruitment and training
  • Motivate the warehouse team
  • Uphold existing and identify further Health & Safety practices
  • Ensure regular checks and upkeep of premises, equipment and vehicles
  • Recognise and implement improvements
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Head Office departments and retail locations

A successful applicant should have:


  • Supervisory experience in a warehouse
  • Enthusiasm for developing product and wider business knowledge
  • A positive attitude to building relationships and leading a team by example
  • Passion for problemsolving
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using IT, including Office and stock management software
  • Full UK driving license
