An incredible opportunity has come up for a dynamic, intelligent, and businessminded EA to join a leading oil and energy firm in their beautiful offices in Victoria. A traditional EA role, you will be working extremely closely with two new EVPs (business and private) across the entire business with extensive involvement.

Your organisational and EA capabilities are second nature to you so that you can engage yourself in wider operational duties.

You will support the two EVPs with back to back international scheduling and engage with clients and ensure you are attentive to details that will compliment your knowledge across the entire business.

Seek to improve efficiency with new processes, and feed into long-term business strategy.
