Description
Concept are currently recruiting for a Deskside Support Engineer commutable to Sheffield.

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for the End User Technology environment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.


Package:

- £140 per day
  • InsideIR3
  • Monthly Rolling Contract
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am
  • 5.30pm
  • Site based working

The role

  • Hardware and Software installations
  • Remote hands
  • Installation and configuration
  • At least 2 years' experience working on installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Able to follow prewritten scripts
  • Experience in delivering deskside support
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent Time management and Organisational skills.
  • A good theoretical and practical approach to diagnosing problems.
  • Ability to work independently on a wide range of products.
  • Customer support skills
  • Good allround understanding of hardware maintenance/breakfix
