Do you have office support experience? Are you comfortable working with staff from various levels? Signature Recruitment have an exciting opportunity with our client, a prestigious London University, as a Department Administrator.
This is a full-time temporaryrole with hybrid working.
This role is based in central London, providing support to the department academics and heads, coordinating various meetings and events.
Department Administrator OfficerMain Responsibilities:
- Point of contact between Heads of Department and academic staff
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and travel arrangements
- Supporting the events team
- Inbox management, supporting students and staff
Department Administrator OfficerSkills & Experience:
- Adaptable and flexible to role requirements
- Comfortable liaising with a variety of people
- Proactive, able to work independently
- Calm under pressure
