Description

A successful group of property development companies in Ashley Cross, Poole is looking for a driven Finance Assistant.

Bookkeeping
AAT Level 2 qualification is desirable.
Sage 50 Accounts 1year preferred experience.
Intercompany transactions
Purchase Ledger multiple companies and suppliers, attention to detail is required.
Bank reconciliations including intercompany postings. Entering payments to Sage 50 and updating entries from bank feeds daily.
Suppliers' reconciliation, including intercompany credits in multiple companies.
Payroll monthly payroll assistance for several companies, previous experience is desirable, but this can be taught.
Any knowledge/experience in CIS is a bonus.

Salary:
£26K to £30K

This is a full-time office-based role, office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
