Increasing New Landlords and overall Portfolio:

  • Act promptly and professionally to any valuation enquiries, accurately recording all required information on Reapit.
  • Attending all Market Appraisals, send out valuation letters
  • Preparing and organizing monthly mail drops to Blocks, Relocation Agents and Corporates.
  • Build relationships with local porters
  • Ensuring that your office promptly conducts Success Marketing obligations including Testimonial requests, Let cards, Let Boards and digital Let cards to the Prospecting database
