An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to work for this successful business.

You will deal with projects, sales and purchase ledger and your duties will be as follows:


  • Responsible for project fees and invoicing schedules
  • Maintaining consultant project costs
  • Attending monthly commercial review meetings with team leaders
  • Dealing with queries and resolving any queries
  • Responsible for sales ledger and generating monthly invoices
  • Invoice and cash postings to accounting system
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Responsible for debt collection
  • Matching consultant invoices to project fees and purchase orders
  • Coding consultant invoices to projects and chasing invoice approval
  • Monitoring payment of sub consultant invoices
