The Role - Internal Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the UK Business Development Manager, as an Internal Sales Coordinator you will focus predominantly on maintaining and developing existing customer relationships in the UK market, through building knowledge and understanding of the market, our products, business operation and CRM system.

Your duties will include:

Handling Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and customer enquiries via live chat, in a professional, timely and knowledgeable manner
Maintaining customer contacts and relevant insights on the CRM system
Identifying high potential customers and opportunities through targeted market research and social media platforms
Helping to grow sales and improve lead conversion in the UK market
Supporting the wider customer service team during holiday and absence periods as required
Attending some exhibitions and events to support the external sales and marketing team
Processing orders and quotations, following up with customers as appropriate
Contributing to the company data reporting system

The Package
Working from our offices in Glyndyfrdwy, Corwen, you will benefit from;

Permanent contract
Salary in the region of £22,000 to £25,000 with the level dependent on experience, plus OTE up to £30,000
Working Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am 3pm.

Our Requirements - Internal Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a self-assured, confident communicator who is sociable, resilient, and process driven, who has the following:

Experience using a CRM system
Experience gained within an internal sales development role
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to think systematically

Although not essential, the following would be highly advantageous;

Experience using a variety of social media platforms, including LinkedIn
Experience using a live chat function

Salary:
