Sales Team Manager/Business Manager - Frankfurt


Roc Search are currently looking for a Sales Team Manager and/or Business Manager to lead our Technology Recruitment team based in the heart of Frankfurt, Germany.


With Germany having the largest economy in Europe and the IT industry being the 2nd largest industrial employer we want to give someone the golden opportunity to become a fundamental player in growing our, already successful team and taking the divisionto new heights.


We're looking for experienced 360 recruiters/leaders with a proven track record, not just in terms of billings and revenue generated but also in leading/managing teams.


The Role


As a Roc Search Manager, you'll be hands on, leading from the front with sales activity, utilising our extensive database and continually contributing to building out our portfolio of clients.

Ideally you'll have prior experience recruiting in DACH (ideallyin IT or Engineering) sectors, contract or permanent, and a good track record of supporting and developing team members.


Responsibilities

  • Conducting full 360 recruitment cycle to personally develop new business relationships and supply client needs negotiation of fees and sign off authority
  • Team Management and Growth
- supporting and growing your team to deliver on client needs and support them to build their business.

  • Monitoring and reporting on targets and performances of individuals and team
  • Working with the talent and training teams to identify new talent and help them to grow.
  • Motivate, incentivise and drive team and individual performance
