Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Crawley.

Wotking a perminent early shift 06:00 to 14:30 Monday to Friday and working every third Saturday Morning at overtime rate.

• Greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner both in person and by telephone
• Assessing customers' needs and booking in of trucks for repair or service work
• Preparation of job cards
• Communication of work to Workshop Controller/Workshop Foreman/Service Manager
• Communicating with the customer at all stages of the repair for authorisation if needed
• Maintaining company databases
