Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Wetherby Manor

£45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Deputy Home Manager looking for your next challenge? Then look no further Here at Anchor, we have the job for you


We are looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to be the clinical lead in Wetherby Manor, delivering a service that supports happy living and exceeds customer expectations.


In the role, you will:

  • Be accountable for activities within the location, making decisions in the best interests of the customers.
  • Deliver a quality of service which meets Care Quality Commission (CQC) fundamental standards, improving the quality of customer's lives and supporting happy living for the years ahead.
  • Understanding of CQC essential standards and their impact in care management and practice.
  • Promote individualised personcentred care, addressing all areas of risk management.

What You Need:


  • Previous people management experience in a care home setting
  • A strong understanding of the needs of older people
  • CQC fundamental standards and their impact in care management
  • Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults to ensure a safe, effective, caring and responsive service is provided
  • Current NMC Registration is preferable but not essential

Please note all applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK
