- Basic salary between £17,500 & £22,500
- OTE of £37,000
- Working hours 8.30am to 6pm Mon
- Fri, every other Saturday with a lieu day that week

This is an opportunity for a real, long-term and lucrative career in Land and New Homes that will give you an immense degree of satisfaction, recognition and reward.
- Responsible for promoting and subsequently selling a new home to a client, whilst building and maintaining a close relationship with them through o exchange and completion.
- You will be part of the haart offices you work within helping other EA negotiators secure sales and spotting deals.
- Must be selfmotivated and reliable.
- Target driven.
- Responsible for bringing out our applicant database and booking viewings for our new developments in every office they will be covering.
- To accompany viewings where relevant.
- To be able to sales progress your sales with help from your RSM.
- To be able to update the Rosie system with regards to uploading instructions.
- Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
- Arranging advertising to promote the property
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
- Referring buyers our legal panel
- An excellent communicator

- Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
