We are looking for a motivated, engaging and energetic individual to join the A level team at the Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone.

Applicants should possess a relevant degree, NVQ or have equivalent professional experience and have previously used techniques to support learners in overcoming barriers to learning.

They should also have a proven track record of engaging learners in developing programmes to support their learning and in managing sensitive situations and dealing with challenging learner behaviour.

Applicants must have a proactive approach to working both individually and as part of a team.
