We have a fixed term vacancy (6-12 months) for an Administrator to join a property management company in the in-house legal team The role would be working with a team of paralegals under the direction of their In-House Counsel to review Deeds and supporting information.

This is a great opportunity for administrators to join a specialist team and gain exposure to current legal and regulatory issues in residential property and building safety.


The role will involve:

  • Reviewing and checking compliance with statutory deeds completed by leaseholders
  • Collate information on the database
