The duties may include:

  • 6 months solid frontofhouse experience in a busy reception
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of providing admin support to a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The Administrative Assistant will support the Business Manager with admin duties such as room, taxi, accurately inputting confidential data onto databases, liaising with customers and suppliers to support office finance systems and processes, and supporting the multiagency teams.
