An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a STR Woker within the Complex Care Service in Wolverhampton.


We seek a positive and highly motivated individual who is looking for a new challenge and who is committed to working in a recovery focused way.

You will have experience of working with younger adults within mental health services and experience of delivering care and support to service users who experience complex mental health difficulties

You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team and will provide regular and practical support to empower service users and their carers in developing and managing independence and maintaining dignity and self respect in accordance with Recovery Star

You will promote Social Inclusion through developing opportunities in areas such as employment, volunteering and education aimed at building a positive independent identity within the community by providing support, time and assistance to Service Users in practical tasks of social inclusion


In return, you will be joining a reputable, well established, experienced and supportive team and will be provided with robust supervision and a comprehensive internal training package.
