Assistant Family Support Worker
- Family Support Service
Play a supporting role in helping the county's most vulnerable children
- In our Children's Services Department, there's a real commitment to improving outcomes for children and their families. We also regard staff support, regular supervision and staff development as priorities.
- Working in the Family Support Service you will deliver direct work with children and families with both additional and complex support needs.
- The main focus of the Assistant Family Support Worker role is providing support to parents in developing their parenting skills and support with and promotion of our level 2 offer.
- You will also have a knowledge and understanding of both the Family Support Service and the Early Help Hub.
