Contract:
Fixed term (6 months) to start as soon as possible, Part-time - 21hrs per week over 3 days

The Cardinal Hume Centre works to prevent and tackle youth and family homelessness.

The Centre prides itself on its welcome and person centred approach. It recognises each individual is different, often with complex needs and so our response must be multi-layered.

We therefore have six principal services:

residential services for homeless young people; family support; housing and welfare rights advice; employment support; learning; and immigration advice and advocacy.


The Centre is based within five minutes' walk from Parliament but it is also in the borough with the highest level of rough sleeping in the Country and the highest proportion of households living in temporary homes.

With an annual income in the region of £2.9 million, the Centre currently employs around 60 members of staff. We also benefit from a loyal supporter base and the generous contribution of around 100 volunteers.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - THIS ROLE SHOULD:
Work with our external consultant and Centre staff to complete the upgrade of our CRM system

Support the services team to consistently capture agreed data

Collate data to identify patterns supporting the Centre in the analysis of information

Run existing reports from In-Form for internal and external stakeholders

Develop new reports in In-Form for internal and external stakeholders

Work with Annual Report team to source the necessary data from In-Form and external sources

Lead on the distribution, collation and analysis of our annual client survey

Respond to ad hoc data requests

To identify improvements that can be made to data recording systems


PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.

Ability to forward plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to summarise, analyse and interpret numerical data to identify issues/trends and patterns.

Sound digital literacy including the use of data systems and Microsoft packages & a proficiency in Excel

Collaborative skills and experience of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Strong prioritization and multi-tasking ability

Approachable team player with a collaborative style

Good oral and written communication skills.

Commitment to the Centre's Mission and Values

Understanding of the impact of homelessness and poverty on young people and families

Experience of project design

Experience of the 'In-Form' client management system.
