About the Job:

As a Senior Administrator RLI, you will be responsible for the following:

  • engage referral lab for new interface setup : review Statement of Work and meet with Project Management as needed ; work with management to determine administrator for setup ; contact ref lab for initial interface discussion and ensure delivery of start up documents to client ; collaborate with referral lab to finalize RLI agreement for optimal data delivery ; obtain final approval from Referral lab on RLI agreement
- build new referral lab interfaces : create and maintain ref lab electronic and / or paper interface documentation ; add entries into Ref Lab spreadsheet ; define RLI formats ; develop and execute User Acceptance Test plans for file transfer validation
- represent ref lab interface (RLI) : collaborate with project managers and technical administrators, proactively and reactively regarding study questions. Liaise between External data resulting services and ref lab contacts ; interact with investigator support to resolve queries ; consult Medical Affairs as needed ; manage and resolve issues within specimen management ; initiate data changes to data revision center and revise all non
- compliant requests ; partner with other Labcorp departments and provide support and process improvements as needed
- ensure client service globally : support peers by sharing technical knowledge and customer service skills ; provide coverage for peers as needed globally
- maintain continues learning objectives : complete on-boarding training ; participate in Labcorp corporate training ; complete mandatory QA sessions ; attend mandatory meetings ; participate on job-shadowing or inter-departmental development opportunities ; participate in on-going training initiatives regarding process and systems changes and / or updates ; complete advanced training for continuing development ; manage trainng folders and update documentation as needed ; create and review standard operating procedures and other documents in a timely manner
- train peers in RLI functions, the Labcorp database (Zavacor) and the overall problem-solving process as it related to interfacing with the Referral laboratory. Support other department training as needed.
- assist in audits - present RLI resulting process upon request, research questions and provide ref lab specific documentation, and request and deliver result data from the data repository (RLI manager) and archive tapes as needed
- record RLI activities required to track workload and productivity
- perform other duties as assigned.


Skills:


  • 2 year Associate degree and 2 years of relevant or company experience
  • 2 years electronic file data transfer experience
- self-motivated (work independently and pro-actively)
- strong planning, organization and problem solving skills
- team player with the ability to make decisions independently as needed
- database setup knowledge
- understanding of clinical trials and company background
- attention to detail and good time-management
- good communication skills (written and oral)
- use of general office requirement
- work-specific terminology (abbreviations & acronyms)
