Atkinson Moss is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a wonderful team in the support services business.

The company offer hybrid working, it is a truly great opportunity to join a distinct company and acquire new finance experience.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure all supplier invoices are paid on time and in full.


Main duties:


  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Generating Purchase orders
  • Posting all supplier payments
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • Processing credit card statements
  • Petty cash

Experience and skills:


  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Strong IT & Numeracy skills
