Are you a driven Contract Administrator who is looking to join a leading civil contractor with plenty of scope for growth and a strong pipeline of work?

If so, we are looking for you to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity as the role will role will support Fulton Hogan's Tasmanian team recently awarded Northeast Tasmania Road Maintenance contract on behalf of the Department of State Growth.


As a Contract Administrator, you will:

  • Develop and maintain systems for contract administration and general administration duties.
  • Develop and maintain systems to manage Business unit financial and nonfinancial data.
  • Comply with Trade Practices requirements in relation to Fulton Hogan business practices.
  • Operate within the financial guidelines set.
  • Reconcile and prepare Invoices for submission to clients.
  • Development of tenders and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Support and development of individuals in the team.
  • Stock management.
  • Manage revenue.
  • Cost Management.
  • End of month reports.
How you'll connect to the role?

  • 3 Years + ideally working in a Contract Administrator role within the construction industry
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A consistent eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment as and when required
