We are a small successful financial services firm looking for an Office Manager/Mortgage Administrator with a keen interest in financial services.

We are looking for someone who either has a background in office management or a senior mortgage administration role.

Basic salary will be £25,000 with total on target earnings at £30,000.


The second part of the role involves managing the office which will include recruiting, interviewing and training new members of staff, along with liaising with HR on any staffing issues.


Aside from the two main responsibilities above, you will also cover other staff members work whilst they are on holiday, PA duties for the business owner and any other ad hoc requirement to assist in the smooth running of the business.

We are looking for someone with a positive/can do attitude. Someone with good attention to detail, a good work ethic and speedy responses.

We are a small team so it's imperative you are easy to get on with and are considerate of your fellow staff members.


The sky is your limit in terms of opportunity, this role could allow you to move into a more senior role, such as Mortgage Adviser, Commercial Mortgage Adviser, Insurance Adviser or Financial Adviser/Chartered Financial Adviser.

Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week working remotely.
