A bit about the role:

To be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of payroll for approval, monthly data analysis & reporting, preparing documentation for employees and will drive process improvement opportunities (system, process and ways working).

Administration and processing of all employee benefits in accordance with associated deadlines.

This position will exercise excellent independent judgement, act with a sense of urgency and managing highly privileged and confidential data.

Will be seen as a trusted business partner for Finance and HR.

About you:

Excellent Excel and analysis skills; experience of using pivot tables
Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Powerpoint
Excellent system skills including HRIS (currently using Dayforce Ceridian)
Excellent organisational skills
Able to communicate clearly with a range of people at differing levels; is able to read an audience and respond to it
Works with high attention to detail
Ability to organise and manage time effectively, prioritising own workload to meet deadlines
A professional and confident manner with a strong outcomes focused approach
Proactive and efficient
Able to provide structure, deal with changing priorities

Skills & abilities:

Experience of running payroll, understanding legislation and associated processes
Extensive experience of providing reports and analysis to key stakeholders
Experience dealing with highly privileged and confidential information
Experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Experience of being a HRIS superuser
