Gate and Fencing Installer

Key Responsibilities:


Job Co-ordination: Collaborate with clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth job completion from beginning to end, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.


Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all installations meet company standards, health and safety standards, and customer expectations.


Innovation:
Provide feedback and ideas into improving processes, techniques, and materials to boost efficiency and product quality.


Dependability:
Be reliable, punctual, polite, approachable, and positive.


Customer Relations:
Listen to and resolve any client concerns or issues, ensuring satisfaction and promoting word of mouth recommendation.


Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in gate and fencing installation.
• Strong knowledge of fencing materials, techniques, and best practices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams, and instructions.
• Valid drivers licence.

Advantageous:

• DBS clearance.
• Welding skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Nonsmoker.
