Tax Manager - Remote - £55,000

The Company
Wade Macdonald are delighted to be partnering this leading Global Company with their search for a talented Tax Manager. The Company has shown continuous growth and is a market leader within their field.

The Role

Prepare Corporation Tax returns for group companies, achieving all deadlines
Prepare quarterly tax packs for the group as part of our reporting to the parent company
Prepare group and company VAT returns ensuring all returns are filed on time and any liabilities are paid in a timely manner
Lead international tax compliance as the group grows it will be key for this role to develop processes for new compliance requirements
Support and work with the wider business on new acquisitions. Both due diligence and implementation after acquisition
Lead all correspondence with tax authorities
Help drive continuous improvement across all reporting processes
Develop transfer pricing documentation as the group expands
Work with the financial controller and business unit leaders on tax planning

What you need to be successful
ACA/ACCA and/or CIOT qualified

UK and International tax experience gained within a group tax function or in professional practice

Knowledge of tax accounting under IFRS

Intermediate Excel knowledge
