Our local authority client has a 3-month contract vacancy (with the possibility of extension) for the role of a CLIENT PERFORMANCE OFFICER (PARKING), details as followsJob Purpose
To work within the Parking Client Team, dealing with monitoring the works of our Contractors, maintain the Parking Team's Assets and provide support the Parking Enforcement team.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with parking enforcement issues with internal and external stakeholders, to assist the team in the overall reduction number of pay and display machines in the borough, and monitoring the performance of maintenance and cash collection of existingones.
Essential Requirements
- Must have good communication skills and experience of pay and display cash collection process and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the process of resolving issues, good understanding of maintenance of parking assets including signs and lines.
- Hold a full UK drivers licence
