Job Title:
Compliance Officer


Location:
Hellesdon, Norwich


Rate of Pay:
Minimum wage with opportunity to progress up to £27k in first 6 months


Swanstaff are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Officer for our client, a market leader in the home improvements industry.

You will be monitoring and auditing marketing calls ensuring compliance with GDPR and FCA regulations. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given.

  • Working hours
  • Monday to Friday(Mon-Thur: 9am 6:15pm and Fri: 9am 5pm)
  • Listening to and monitoring/scoring marketing calls to ensure staff are following the correct sales processes according to the requirements of our clients
  • Raising issues/errors with management & team leaders
  • Giving feedback to marketing agents and management on their calls
  • Updating company systems/database
  • Liaising with managers, directors, and team leaders
  • Working as part of a team
  • Reporting to management on a regular basis

Role Requirements:


  • Must have a great eye for detail
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be driven to progress and highly motivated
